TEXLIGHTの形状と CME(カラーマテリアルフィニッシュ)は株式会社LIXILの長年の研究と技術を駆使して作り上げられています。

TEXLIGHTはアルミニウ ムの押出加工を採用しているため、コーナー部分はシャープなデザインを実現できます。そのため、複雑で細かいフレームにも対 応することが可能となっており、極限までスリムなデザインを実現することができました。また、従来の製品に見られる ような均 一な直線を取り去って、視認した際には限りなく直線に見える、多数の微細なスプライン曲線で構成されている膨らみをプロダクトに加えることで、非常に鮮やかで美しい光沢が更に際立つようになりました。

アルミニウムを独自の手法で研 磨をして艶のある光沢を出してから、近くても遠くても美しく見えるようにあえて不均一なヘアラインの加工を行なっています。そこにLIXIL独自の皮膜処理技術を施してから、特殊な電着塗装をおこなうことで唯一無二の高意匠で機能性にも優れたマテリアルが完成しました。

TEXLIGHT is manufactured using aluminum extrusion, which makes sharp designs at the corners possible. This characteristic gives the product compatibility with complex frames and allows for extremely slim design. We eliminated the monotonous straight lines seen in conventional products and instead added numerous small ridges made up of tiny spline curves that give the appearance of straight lines. This makes the product’s extremely bright and beautiful shine even more prominent

The aluminum is polished using a unique technique to produce a glossy luster. It then undergoes uneven hairline processing o create a beautiful appearance whether viewed close up or from afar. After applying LIXIL's original film treatment, we give the product a special electrodeposition coating that provides unparalleled design qualities and superb functionality.

As aluminum is lightweight, it reduces transportation costs while also providing excellent workability, and the surface treatment conducted to improve design and functionality gives it excellent maintainability. Together, these features combine to create a new high-quality aluminum sash that outstrips sashes made from other materials.
